Math on the "Planes"

Online registration has been added for the convenience of our participants. Individuals may register or school districts/ buildings may register multiple participants. Groups of 10 or more will receive a discounted registration.

Accommodations and Accessibility: Please contact Kyle Hughes (kyle.hughes@yahoo.com) at least 30 days prior to the workshops with any requests for accommodations or accessibility needs. We will work with participants to find resources for accommodations that we, as a small nonprofit organization, are not required to provide under ADA.

Credit: Participants may receive a CDE certificate of attendance for each workshop. Adams State credit will also be offered pending approval: July 24-30 (4 hours). Participants attending all three workshops and completing assignments for Adams State credit will be eligible to receive a Math Interventionist Certificate of Completion issued by Adams State.

Payment: Conference fees may be paid by check. Make checks payable to Math on the “Planes” and mail to: Kyle Hughes 1011 S. Cove Way Denver, CO 80209

Cancellation and No Shows: We guarantee and pay for your food three days prior to each workshop. You will be billed for the cost of food and the Regonline fee if you are a No Show or fail to cancel registration 7 days prior to a workshop.

Member Discounts: You must be a current member of The Colorado Council for Learning Disabilities (CCLD), Colorado Council for Teachers of Mathematics (CCTM), or The International Dyslexia Association (IDA). You will need to include your membership number on the registration form. If your membership is not current, you will be asked to pay the full amount for non-members. Note: If you plan to attend all three workshops, as a member of CCLD you will receive a total discount of $85.00 (the cost of a one-year membership). Confirmation and Receipt: You will be sent an e-mail confirmation once payment has been received. The e-mail confirmation and a copy of conference attendance will serve as your receipt.
